**Terms of Return:**

Customers are eligible to request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

State of Return:

To qualify for a return, the jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. All tags and packaging must also be intact and included with the returned item.

Reason for Return:

Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to initiate the return process.

2. Incorrect Product: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to initiate the return process.

Process for Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team by emailing ContactUs@CareGiverThankYou.com

   Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and a clear photograph of the item if it's damaged.

2. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is eligible.

3. Securely package the jewelry, including all tags and packaging, and write the RAN on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Process of Refund:

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
